Born and raised in the Kraken's Crown Islands, Oliver Hawkins was the product of a forbidden union. His father, a warlock, bound by dark pacts and secrets, concealed his true nature beneath a veneer of respectability. His mother, a Saayad, an exotic and alluring creature of infernal descent, passed on her intoxicating charm and supernatural allure to her son.From an early age, Oliver learned to mask his heritage, understanding that the world would not easily accept what he was. To the outside world, he became a tide sage, trained under the disciplined guidance of Kul Tiran mentors, mastering the manipulation of water and the ancient arts of binding the sea’s power to his will. But beneath the surface, he walked a dangerous line—hiding the infernal magic that whispered in his blood and the unrelenting hunger of his Saayad lineage.Now in his early twenties, Oliver maintains the façade of a devoted sage, and merchant Prince, all while keeping his dark inheritance carefully veiled, knowing that if the truth ever came to light, it would change everything.With the rise in conflict he took to using the Dawnfury surname of his Aunt, and adoptive mother, when operating in Horde waters. Relying on her teachings to pass as a Sin'Dorei Spellbreaker.

Oliver is an Abyssal Warlock, and Tide Sage, calling on his powers from the creatures of the deep and the Twisting Nether. He's not beyond making deals or having dealings with other void entities but his pact prevents him from being influenced by such and has a distinct set of rules his powers are bound within. Consent is required. A price must be paid.Though he can find a reason to be in almost any situation given his nature, just as likely to be found at an apothecary buying potions and elixirs, as he is traipsing through the forest. Anywhere one of his boats can reach, or his allies can call to his shadow, he can appear.Currently he spends a lot of time in Stormwind, aswell as Silver Moon City, occasionally assisting members of the Riptide Venture's, a Guild of adventures and explorers based out of several ports throughout Azeroth amongst the Alliance or the Vermilion Masque, amongst the Horde territories.
